2) Is it safe to use your website?

Our website is equipped with safety measures and our website has SSL certificate issued by Sectigo which is the top certificated authority in the world. So you can be rest assured for the safeness of data between you and us.

3) Is the delivery speed fast?

We are using Pgeon Prime (currently one of the fastest courier company), J&T, PosLaju for West Malaysia Delivery.

For Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan, we are using Pgeon via Teleport (A partnership formed by Pgeon and Teleport-AirAsia subsidiary) and Flash Express.

It is faster than the courier used by major e-commerce platform.

4) Is your company ship out speed fast?

We usually ship out within 2 working days. Half of the time, we ship out within 1 working day.

5) Are all the products ready stock?

Yes. 100%, except sometimes due to some technical mistakes, certain products are out of stock. In this case, we will contact the the client and ask whether change to another product or get a refund.
